If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns / Exchanges

You have 15 calendar days to exchange or return an item from the date you received it.

Request must be made via e-mail. Once you have requested an exchange or  return , you have 5 days to ship your item(s). Any exchange or return shipped more than 5 days from the exchange or return request date will be not eligible.

Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the stock .In such cases we will offer only refund.

No exchange or returns will be accepted without a exchange or return authorization. A  exchange or return authorization is created when your request is approved.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to reject returns outside the 15 days return period or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
